I have waited 11 days to receive my $200 order of frozen chili after receiving a bogus tracking #. It was ordered for a special bday celebration. I have left voice mails and emailed this company three times, only to learn they are out of chili and cannot fulfill my order. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve proactively reached out to me 11 days ago. It’s so frustrating to trust a company that does not answer their phones. Buyer Beware
