I’ve ordered from you guys for 3 years. Your shipping rates are exorbitant. I ordered 2.5 weeks ago and never got a confirmation. I’ve texted once, and called twice. I’m looking into other companies. Really love your product and wanted to support small business, but $49 shipping and no confirmation email or response from calling has made my mind up. You charged my card, but I’ve got nothing.
