I reluctantly ordered the red & Green Chopped mild chile (I like to taste the chilies not the heat.) They took a week or 2 to come in, which I expected because this is coming from a small company in New Mexico. But, you always take such a chance on chilies because most of the claims are completely false. Not this company!!! This was the best purchase I've made in years. I ordered a 2-jar a month subscription. My 2 jars lasted about 3 days! These chopped chilies taste as close as you can get to fresh roasted peppers I've ever had. I upped my subscription to 6 jars a month and will probably change that to 10 once my family tastes this!!! We live in East Texas where it's next to impossible to get Green Chile let alone good red chilies. Thank you!
