I haven't tried all their products, but the ones I have are fantastic. The flavor is noticeably richer than the other better-known Hatch brands I've used for years. My favorite so far is the Red and Green Blend. I grew up in NM and I live and breathe green chile, so I know of what I speak. The Fresh Chile Company is my only go-to source for the "real thing" in Hatch chile.
