These chiles make great green chili with some browned pork, more garlic and then letting it simmer for an hour or so. I don't have to go through the brain damage of starting from scratch for some great green chili. I just placed my second order because I don't ever want to run out! I am so happy I found you because you saved me hours of cooking over a hot stove.
