Green chilies Mild, had to mix with medium to use.

Red sauce Mild, in contrast to mild green chilies....... does have some heat. Good
Red sauce Medium-not tasted yet, but believe (based on heat in Mild) it will have substantial “kick”.
Basically, love fresh chilies. Will order more!
