My shipment (order placed 8/30/19) was returned by UPS (10/22/19) because of damage in transit. I'm currently waiting for my replacement order to be shipped. Laura does an excellent job with customer service, but I think she needs a little help. The owners should get together with Uline and design some new packaging to minimize in transit damage. Based on reading these reviews, breakage is just too common of an occurrence. #callULINE
