Purchased the Green Hatch Chile Medium. Good flavor, tasted fresh. Wish I would have chosen the Hot. Did get the Red Chile Hot and it was on point! Perfect amount of heat and still flavorful. Might even try the Extra Hot next time. Would highly recommend.
