This is the best green chili product I have ever had from a jar. Super fresh tasting and no doctoring up with other things. It is Extremely authentic! Great job in doing it natural and allowing the end user to play with spices and herbs for dish/recipe preparation. I purchased the “Hot” and it was exactly that.....Hot!! Probably not for people who don’t like the heat. We love it!
