Tastes like salsa that I grew up with (71 year Native New Mexican). The red/green blend is super good and is as advertised, extra hot. The green extra hot is also very good, just doesn't have the burn the red / green combination has. Gave some of my last order to friends and family and they were quite pleased. I'll be back for more.
