I have made several purchases from The Fresh Chile Company and been happy with them all. Their packaging and customer service are exemplary and shipping is very fast. I grew up in New Mexico -- moved there in second grade (1958) and lived there until 1983. Even though I love Texas now, the Texas "Mexican" or "Tex-Mex" food is nothing at all like what I grew up with in Albuquerque and Taos. I have missed REAL New Mexican food so much and have tried several different companies that will ship to Texas. None of the others that I have tried are anywhere near as good as The Fresh Chile Company. These products are the real thing. I don't have to add anything or use them as a starting point. They are the real thing right out of the bottle. Their red and green blend is delicious right out of the jar. The red sauce makes incredible Carne Adovado and works perfectly in Posole or flat Red Enchiladas (with an egg, of course!!). I can't tell you how happy I am that after over 35 years of missing "the real stuff", I have finally found it and can have the wonderful, hometown dishes I enjoyed for the first half of my life.
