Born and raised in SW New Mexico, having Hatch chile (red, green, chopped, sauces) is a must!
My husband was growing our own chiles in Arizona. He purchased the seeds from a farmer in Hatch. It was much work, but we were able to have Hatch chile. NOW, we are purchasing our chile from the Fresh Chile Company!
