I’m a spoiled New Mexican that really knows and cherished the chile products in our state. I have now ordered twice for myself and twice for friends and family. The Fresh Chile Company never disappoints. Historically, I’ve roasted, peeled, and frozen my own. Having a jar that I can pull out and use as needed is awesome!!
