The Fresh Green Chile Company has an amazing product. I ordered three jars of the GREEN HOT and was pleasantly surprised once I opened the jar and the aroma of pure fresh ingredients was most evident. I am looking forward to experimenting with the recipes provided. The label has a great story on the Family Tradition and I will be buying addtional product from this awesome company. Cheers
