First, let me start by saying “Thank you” for keeping us all supplied with the excellent service and wonderful delicious products during this Covid-19 pandemic! Hatch, NM Chile, red and green, is my comfort food and it is hard to find in California. My NM Chile stock was dangerously low and I couldn’t even think of how I was going to replenish it! I happened to see the ad for The Fresh Chile Co. and it really looked like a great product. I was especially low on red sauce and I quickly decided to order the hot and extra hot Red Chile Sauce. I received my order quickly and nicely packaged. The sauce was a beautiful red color and I knew it was going to be excellent! It is DELICOUS!! I have subscribed for further deliveries so that I always have some! Green chile will be next!! Thank you!!
