I was recently in Hatch and picked up a jar of your red and green chile (hot) as a gift for my son-in-law. He loves hot stuff but said it was too much for him but he loved the taste. So I got a mixed six pack of the mild version. I really like it! Great flavor. Delivery was fast. Great service. Jim, Henderson, Nevada.
