From start to finish ordering was super easy. The website is wonderful and has lots of ideas how to use all of their products. The packaging is outstanding and loved that there were recipe booklets in there as well. The hatch green chile roast.....so delicious, fresh, and versatile. Stews, sauces, eggs, meats....frankly I’m hooked! Outstanding products and looking forward to cooking with their red chile sauce.
