I travelled through New Mexico about 10 years ago. I first tasted hatch Chiles at a cantina in Ruidoso. When I saw an ad for Fresh Chile Company, I knew I must try them. I ordered the 3 pack of assorted sauces. All are terrific. The Company is super easy to deal with, and reasonably priced. I now have a taste of New Mexico here in Philadelphia. Highly recommended.
