I grew up in El Paso and graduated from NMSU in Las Cruces. Living in Massachusetts now makes it extremely hard to get a good home style Mexican/New Mexican meal. The Fresh Chile Company products allow me to always have a taste of home in my pantry. The sauces are amazingly fresh and delicious. The fresh chiles are just like you went to the field. I highly recommend the posole kits as it makes a great and easy meal. I will always make sure I have jars to break out when I get that "chile itch".
