I can’t say enough about The Fresh Chile Company! I received my first order last week and have used 3 of the 6 jars of various chilies I ordered. 20 years ago my husband and I honeymooned in Santa Fe and fell in love with Hatch Chile. We learned it was the soil that makes the chile so good. When I opened my first jar It was like being in Santa Fe again. I will be placing my second order today and will be signing up for the subscription delivery. Also going to order those gift packs for a few friends. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
