I usually don't trust the makers of salsas, that claim how fresh they taste, the heat level, etc. The Fresh Chile Company's products are THE REAL DEAL. They taste fresh, not jarred or cooked to death. I still would like a Scoville Unit measurement of heat, but the 'HOT' was a nice natural heat, with a short but nice linger on the tongue. I did not subscribe, for the first buy, but will for my second, and there will be more.
