Orders are filled promptly, and product arrives with adequate packing to prevent breakage. ~~~ I first bought the regular Red sauces, last year before Christmas, because I have a sister who had worked, off and on, out West, and LOVED Hatch chilies, but we couldn't get decent product in Florida. I think we all were reasonably pleased with the regular Red - we bought all 4 heat levels to taste test. I bought several jars of the Red & Green, in medium and hot, this spring, and everyone RAVED about them, so I recently bought more , plus the new fire Roasted Red. We haven't opened it yet, but expect it to be AT LEAST AS GOOD as the Red & Green (though I wish it came in a medium - my taste buds aren't as happy with the hotter stuff!). I WILL BE ORDERING MORE, when this batch starts running low, and will CONTINUE to buy, as needed, as long as it is available, like until forever...
