I lived in and around Santa Fe, NM, for a few years back in the late 90’s/early 00’s. In doing so, I developed a deep love for both red and green chile. Since moving back to the east coast, I’ve been searching for that experience. I buy canned green Chile’s and doctor them as well as I can. I buy dried red chiles and try to make sauce out of them. I’ve purchased whole roasted green chiles in season (that one was great- but ridiculously expensive)...It’s never quite right......this company is making New Mexico Chile the right way and you should support them. The Good: super fast shipping. Incredibly delicious products. Fantastic customer service. And a product line that is hard to match. I just realized that they sell ristras. That’s amazing! I can’t wait to order one. The bad: the pricing (especially the shipping) is a bit much. Granted, this is the going rate, and this stuff comes prepared so I don’t really fault it- but it’s consideration. If I really wanted to make a roast beef burrito and smother it in green- the right way- I’d need to use the better part of a jar. That can add up pretty quickly. The ugly: (blank) Overall: this company is offering top quality products at competitive prices. It’s honestly a no brainer. If you can swing it- buy it. You will not be disappointed.
