This is my first purchase getting the jarred version of the Hatch Chili salsa. I got two different blends mild and medium as I was trying to get a blend similar to buying the fresh roasted mixed peppers. All the blends are tasty and it does depend on how high you like your heat level. I prefer a bit of kick of heat without the over the top reaction of a ghost pepper. I do have my limits As I have these on subscription, I am switching to the medium and hot blends to satisfy my taste.
