We love your products. So far we have made two orders, each for Green and Abuela. My wife lived in New Mexico 10 years and I've had the opportunity to visit a few times. The other night we were having Enchiladas (again!) and she was thanking me again and again for "taking her back to New Mexico". I really like the Fresh Chile Cookin' Facebook page. Have met some great people on there and many ideas and recipes. Keep up the good work.
