I grew up in Las Cruces but moved away about 20 years ago. I have not been able to find anything on the East Coast that compares to the chile I grew up with, until now. The Fresh Chile Company has the most amazing green and red chile, it tastes like home. A huge shout out to Organ Mountain Outfitters for partnering with them, I would have never known they existed if it wasn’t for the promotion in their newsletter, and now I’m a subscriber. I’ll never be without chile again!!
