FCC is the best! I have always like spicy foods. But as I get older I find I have to tone down the "heat", One thing with FCC's mild version is is just right and has all the rich flavors need for a good salsa. It's a bit disappoint that the shipping charge for 3 bottles is the same as the shipping for 6 bottles or more.
