The items I ordered arrived quickly, and they were packaged really well to prevent any breakage. The Pure Green mild and medium are delicious. I haven't had the opportunity to try the red and green mix yet. My only dissatisfaction is with the level of salt in the posole seasoning mix. The flavor of the seasoning is delicious, but had I followed the directions of putting half the container of the seasoning in the Chile Verde recipe, it would have been inedible. I would suggest removing a major portion of the salt, adding more of the other ingredients, and raising the price if you need to. Overall, I am very pleased with my order and look forward to receiving the fresh green chiles I ordered.
