We are so Happy that we found The Fresh Chile Company! My Husband is from Albuquerque, NM but we live in Florida because we are active duty military members and it is almost impossible to get chile here. Once we found this company it is like having a little piece of home with us everyday! It is so delicious, and makes our favorite New Mexican dishes so much more authentic.
