I love your chile products! Unfortunately chiles of every kind no longer like me. I have introduced your products to all of my family and many friends. I continue to purchase them as gifts. Occasionally I try them but I always get reminded i shouldn't have done that! Boy, you could create a whole new market with a new product if you could keep the flavor without the heat for those of us that can no longer take the heat! I sure miss the heat though!
