I buy jars of this as gifts, or myself when I'm leaving NM for trips. Try putting this on an In n Out burger! Delish !!
I'm from Albuquerque, and the XHot green or XHot red gives legit chile heat and flavour on my cheeseburgers and fries.
For chile that is pre-made and jarred, this is the cheapest per pound that I've found. Even in Albuquerque.
Most NM eateries serve a thick gelatinous type of green chile, which is not my favourite style. This is more chunky chunks and sauce, with no green jello.
