They do their homework and know how to capture the true essence of chile. I love that The Fresh Chile Company provides a vast variety of prepared chile to match everyone’s taste. It’s my go to when I want to add some flavor as well as heat. I also enjoy using their dried green & red chile right out of the shaker. Thank you for providing a friendly staff to handle orders and making sure the order gets delivered correctly. Definitely two thumbs up from a grateful customer!!
