I bought both types of the salsa and they were very good. I got the medium heat, and when I reorder, I’ll likely get mild next time.
I’m under the impression that folks from New Mexico have a different standard of “medium heat” than those of us from the Pacific Northwest.😁.
I’m also planning on trying their other products in the near future.
