Discovering The Fresh Chile Company has been the best thing that has happened in 2020. I look forward to our bimonthly shipments for a taste of home, especially since we can't visit family at the moment. Everything we have tried - and we have tried a lot (fresh red, traditional red, green, green & red, green chile pistachios, praline pecans, posole) - has been fantastic. I now won't make enchiladas with anything but the fresh red sauce. If we're out we just have to wait! Thank you to The Fresh Chile Company; you have made this native New Mexican very happy.
