I ordered the Red/Green and Green chile and both were AMAZING! I have not been able to find good NM style chile anywhere outside of the state and now I have a go to. The flavor is simple and fresh - it lets the NM chiles do all the work. This chile tastes great as a condiment for all types of food. I have told all my friends and family who love good NM style Mexican food about Fresh Chile Co and I hope to be a loyal customer for a long-time to come!
