My shipment arrived today in perfect shape, you guys know how to pack it! Couldn't wait to try some so we started with "Mama's Salsa", is it good or great?? Lol 💕 My wife fixed roasted poblanos stuffed with garlic cheese grits with a piece of leftover salmon mixed in along with some of Mama's and more added on the plate. I'm here to tell you it was a dish to repeat! Wonderful! You guys knocked it out of the park, can't wait to try ”Papa's Salsa" next.
