Purchased 25 lbs of fresh Big Jim and 25 lbs of fresh Joe Parker. Chile arrived on time and the peppers were fresh and in great shape. Joe Parker ended up being a mild spiciness level, rather than medium, which was a little disappointing, but the flavor was excellent. Next year I'll probably go half Sandia, half Joe Parker to get some more heat.
