Although the product is excellent, and I have tried several of theirs, The shipping and/or product availability is not disclosed up front. My last order had multiple delays do to the sourcing farmer not having enough employees to pick the product. This resulted in a cancellation of the shipping of the order, and then another delay after that. No communication came to me regarding these delays - I only found out by reaching out to the company - Customer service should be a bigger priority, and the customer should be notified immediately of any delay in shipping the product. Just makes common sense.
