I ordered a lot of items but so far have only used the enchilada sauce (amazing), the red Chile powder, the posole seasoning and the Hatch Spice Blend. Every is so fresh and flavorful. Brought back a lot of memories of my childhood in New Mexico.
Cant wait to try the other items I’ve ordered.
