After ordering fresh green chile from other websites, I doubt that the order will come from The Fresh Chile Company again. Since the shipment is perishable and the money was spent on the product, it should most certainly have been shipped 2-day express but instead was shipped via FedEx ground delivery. As a result, it took 7 days to receive the box and most of the chilies had turned red. That is the reason for the poor quality rating.
