I recently purchased several different types of Fresh Chile products. So far I’ve only tried the Red and Green Chiles but have absolutely loved them! I appreciate that these chiles are jarred without other seasonings which allows the beautiful Hatch chile flavor to shine through. I’ve used them in tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, and on scrambled eggs! So delicious! I ordered “medium” heat level, and these are perfectly that.
