I had some problems with the fresh chile orders (3 of them) but some of the blame lies with UPS. I still managed to get quite a good number of bags of chiles in my freezer. Of 45 lbs I only lost about 1 lb due to the weather or delays in shipping due to COVID 19. All that said I appreciate your company getting the chiles harvested and shipped to everyone.
