I love the green, my wife loves the red and green. We haven't had true Hatch sauce since the last time we were in Hatch over 10 years ago. The authentic taste is the best we have ever had and we are greatly appreciative of The Fresh Chile Company. Not only do the make the best they afford us the opportunity to buy it online.
