I love Chile peppers, so when I had a chance to get some fresh picked Hatch peppers I jumped at it and was quite satisfied. I like to throw’em on the grill with other veggies. Of course I had so much that I also experimented with Chile’s in soup, salsa, taco meat and they were all delicious. If it’s Chile season and you want some I recommend The Fresh Chile Company!
