The Fresh Chile Company has a wide range of products - chiles, salsas and seasonings - in a wide range of heat levels to suit every taste and tolerance level. I have not checked every list of ingredients on every jar but none of those I have checked listed added sugar. Since I am a Type 2 diabetic this is a big deal for me - great taste that won't hasten my demise!! We are working our way through all the wonderful recipes on their web site and the Chile Verde is the best!
