We miss our fresh Hatch green chile and have been very happy with the jarred chiles. We went through our first 6 jars really fast and ordered more. Our friends in Hawaii are very impressed with our green chile recipes, so much better than canned chiles. Shipping is so fast! Looking forward to our frozen roasted chiles. Mahalo!!
