I bought some of the Hatch Spice blend a couple of weeks ago. This is truest a good spice. We have been putting it on everything. I tried the recipe with fresh corn it was great. We have put it on vegetables and baked potato. I smoked a chicken and used The Hatch spice blend it gave the chicken such a wonderful taste. Just the right kick. It is worth trying.
