I have been ordering chiles online for years. This was my first order from The Fresh Chile COmpany. The chiles arrived in beautiful condition. I only had two out of 25 pounds that were a bit limp. And, I have to say these are the best tasting green chiles that I have tasted since I left New Mexico. I will absolutely be making the Fresh Chile Company my 'go to' for Hatch chile products. I would recommend your company in a heartbeat.
