These folks are awesome! We have now twice ordered the roasted green chiles in a jar (after a friend in NM gave us a jar as a gift - we were hooked). The quality is exceptional - such a wonderful, fresh taste - and the "medium" truly is medium-hot. Unlike some chiles, which are called "medium" but are actually mild, in my opinion. Also, shipping is fast and order arrives well-packaged. Highly recommend The Fresh Chile Co!
