I live in Missouri, and I've ordered from two other companies in New Mexico. Chiles from the Fresh Chile company arrived on time, and the vast majority of were ready for roasting; out of 20 lbs, there were maybe 4-5 chiles that could not be roasted due to mold. That's a lower percentage than I've experienced with other suppliers.
